If my recycled gaming gear isn't quite right, can I get a refund or swap?

At LootLoop™, our mission is your 100% printing success. Because our gear is delivered via instant digital transmission, we do not offer traditional refunds or swaps once the Success Protocol assets have been downloaded. However, failure is exactly what we've engineered out. If you encounter a mission-critical error with your deployment, our technical support team is standing by to troubleshoot your .3mf files. In the unlikely event that an asset is proven to be technically defective and cannot be resolved by HQ, we will issue a mission credit for a future gear drop.

What's the process for technical returns, and are there any postage costs?

Since LootLoop™ assets are delivered via instant digital transmission, there are no physical items to return and zero postage costs for the Operator or HQ. We’ve eliminated the 'Carbon Mile' by shipping code instead of plastic. To resolve any mission-critical issues, the protocol is to contact Mission Support via email for a technical diagnostic. Our engineering team will remotely troubleshoot your .3mf file to ensure it is factory-calibrated for your specific Bambu Lab hardware, removing the need for traditional returns or shipping waste.

Are there situations where a refund or exchange isn't possible?

All LootLoop™ Success Protocol assets, including the Xbox Stealth-Mech V1.0 and recurring monthly loot drops, are delivered via instant digital transmission and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download has been initiated. We do not offer refunds for 'Operator Error,' such as deployment on non-optimized 3D printers or the use of incompatible filament fuel. Our commitment is to provide factory-calibrated intelligence for the Bambu Lab fleet; as such, the digital nature of these assets makes them ineligible for traditional retail returns.
