"Is my printer compatible with LootLoop designs?"

Our "Success Protocol" is optimised for Bambu Lab printers (A1, P1, X1 series), but our support-free geometry is designed to work on any modern FDM printer (Creality, Prusa, etc.) with a 0.4mm nozzle.

"What if the print fails?"

Failure is exactly what we’ve engineered out. By using our .3mf Golden Profiles, the settings are pre-tuned for our specific recycled filament. If it fails, our Alpha support team is here to troubleshoot your hardware.

2. Sustainability & Material Quality

"Is recycled plastic as strong as 'virgin' plastic?"

Yes. We use high-grade industrial waste sourced right here in NZ. It is filtered and re-processed to ensure the diameter and melting point are as consistent as premium non-recycled brands.

"Do I have to use LootLoop filament?"

You can use any filament, but the Success Protocol guarantee only applies when using our matched NZ-recycled plastic, as our files are tuned to that material's specific thermal properties.

3. The "Direct-to-Home" Process

"I don't have a 3D printer—can I still buy the gear?"

Currently, we are focused on the "Direct-to-Home" model for the feasibility study. However, join our waitlist! We are looking into a "Print-on-Demand" service for gamers who want the gear but don't own a machine yet.

"How do I get the files once I join?"

Alpha testers will receive a secure link to download the "Stealth Ops" pack which includes the STL, .3mf profile, and a step-by-step PDF Success Guide.
